Before they can join a training squad or compete in any competition, swimmers must be registered members of the Club. Committee members must also be registered members to comply with Incorporation regulations.
Membership fees cover Club and Swimming Victoria registration, affiliation to District, State and National associations and, most importantly, insurance cover for swimmers, club coaches, officials and volunteers. Club administration and trophy costs are also covered through these fees.
Membership fees are due from 1 May and are payable immediately. They are only payable through Swimming Victoria's Members Portal.

Level 0 - 4 Learn to Swim classes for children are held each Saturday morning during school term only.
Level 5, 6 and 7 of Learn to Swim are held on Thursday or Friday evenings during school term only. Fees for these levels are billed quarterly rather than per lesson, according to the squad fees list.
For further information regarding these classes, please see the Learn To Swim page or contact us.

Squad fees are payable in addition to membership fees and are invoiced in advance on a quarterly basis (May/Aug/Nov/Feb), payable only through Swimming Victoria's Members Portal. If there are ongoing outstanding fees, swimmers may be barred from training until these fees are paid.
Squad fees cover many club expenses including pool hire, coaches' wages and dryland training (where relevant).
A copy of the latest squad fees is available from the Registrar - danksy@optusnet.com.au
These fees do not include entry to the Ringwood or Croydon pools for squad members. The Club recommends families purchase a multi entry pass from these centres for this purpose. Please ask the centres for details. Pool spectator fees (parent attendance) are similarly not covered. There are no pool entry fees associated with level 0 - 4 of the learn to swim program as these are run at a private pool not available to the public.
