This swimming diary has been designed to help swimmer keep track of their training and competition comittments. It features dates of upcoming meets as well as closing dates and will be updated on a month to month basis.
The study timetables below have been included for both Intermediate and Advanced swimmers to plan their training, school and other sporting commitments so that they make the most of their time.
