Swim Meet Entry Form

Entering Competition Meets through the Club…

1. Use the Ringwood Swimming Club Entry Form (see above)
2. Ensure that you fill out all Personal Details
3. Entry Details – it is important that you use the correct times relating to the meet you are entering, i.e.  if it’s a Short Course Meet (25m pool) then you use a time where your child has swum in a 25m pool and if it’s a Long Course Meet (50m pool) then use a time where your child has swum in a 50m pool.  The only exception to the above rule is when your child does not have a time that relates to the meet’s distance and therefore a converted time can be given.

Most competitions can now be entered online. You are welcome to use this option. For ONLINE ENTRY go to the Swimming Victoria Website then click on Events – Calendar and scroll down to the meet, or simply hit the ONLINE ENTRIES button on their home page. Please remember to let your coach know that you have entered this way.       

What is my registration number?

The first 3 letters of your surname, followed by the first 2 letters of your given name, followed by your date of birth (DDMMYY).

Eg. Jane Smith born on 24th March 1995 would be  S M I J A 2 4 0 3 9 5
